To the extent Maptimizer processes personal information on behalf of a Client in providing Services, Maptimizer will process that information according to the Client’s instructions and the applicable service agreement, subject to applicable law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, notices, consents, and legal authority to provide such information to Maptimizer and to authorize Maptimizer to process it.
